Returns Policy

Items purchased through our website are eligible for return or exchange within 28 days of delivery

All items MUST be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

Please note that returns are free if you have opted into Checkout+ at checkout.

If you did not opt-in for Checkout+ then returns are not free and are a duty of the customer. Please also be aware that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns and therefore, advise using recorded delivery.

In store purchases

For Mevagissey purchases, return to:

For Hangar purchases, return to:

Cub&Co, The Hangar, Aerohub business park, St Mawgan, Newquay, TR8 4RZ

Your return MUST include the in store receipt and be returned to the original store (Please note, If this isn't completed then we CANNOT issue a refund)

Faulty

 If on a rare occasion you find a fault with your item, please send us an email at customerservice@cubcornwall.co.uk so that we can resolve this for you.

Unless specified, all discount codes are valid for one use only. Please note, these are only valid on full price items, any sale item is excluded from codes.
