Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If it isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of delivery or purchase.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

How to make a return

If you purchased a return through PostCo, please use our RETURNS PORTAL  to arrange your return.

Returns are free if you selected Checkout+ when placing your order.

If you did not select Checkout+, you will need to pay for the return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you purchased your item in store, please include your original receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund without proof of purchase.

Faulty Items

If you discover a fault with your item, please email customerservice@cubcornwall.co.uk before returning it.

Include your order details and a description of the fault so our team can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes can only be used once.
• Discount codes apply to full-price items only.
• Sale items are excluded from discount-code promotions.
